Wayne Hodges built his first trailer in 1950 at the age of 15, beginning a lifelong career in the trailer industry. In 1970, he established Wayne Hodges Trailer Sales in Wasco, California. Wayne’s love of cutting horses led him to Weatherford, Texas, in 1990, where he established our current location. Still family-owned and operated, we remain committed to helping our clients with their trailer needs today and into the future.

In 1989, Wayne began our relationship with 4-Star Trailer Manufacturing, allowing Wayne Hodges Trailer Sales to provide the “Simply The Best” aluminum horse trailer in the industry. We are currently the #1 all-time 4-Star dealer. Our specialty is custom-building trailers based on the unique needs of our clients.
